Requirements for Vote by Mail Application
- Any registered voter may vote by absentee ballot.
- The deadline to submit a Vote by Mail application is October 26, 2010. Applications must be turned in by 5pm PST.
- You must currently be a registered voter in Orange County to Vote by Mail. To see if you are registered, click here.
- You must provide your Orange County residential address.
- If you are a college student with a temporary residence, please use your permanent address as your residential address, and your temporary address as your mailing address. If you are not registered in Orange County, please contact your local elections official.
Voter Eligibility Requirements:
- A U.S. citizen (you must be a U.S. citizen at the time you register)
- At least 18 years of age by Election Day
- Not in prison or on parole for a felony conviction
- You must be registered to vote at least 15 days prior to the election date
